1. Agenda
2. Focusing on identifying problems
3. Collaborating to find solutions to solve problems
Agenda
o Identify problems
o Find solutions
o Assign responsibilities.
Encourage every team member to come with a list of problems
Document problems surfaced during every meeting, categorize them into a “priority” list
Find solutions for problems that have GREATER impact in next 3 to 6 months
4. Determining the frequency of these meetings
It is important to have one formal meeting say every 2 weeks
Monthly meetings apart from main agenda may recognize top performers while quarterly meetings may review progress, milestones achieved, new learnings, best practices…
5. Be very specific about the type of participants for this meeting
6. Limit the size of participants
Limit the size to 6 subject to a maximum of 10 people
Every participant has a stake and accountability to accomplish something prior to the next meeting
Avoid having senior leadership participate in these meetings
What do you think? I am sure, may have missed some, please contribute to the above…
