Kapil Garg – GTM Leader

Kapil Garg has 18 years’ experience working for medium and large enterprises, as well as entrepreneurial stints. He has worked extensively in Product Management, Practice incubation, Strategy and Marketing for companies like Oracle, Wipro Technologies, Happiest Minds, IBS Software and Air India.

His core expertise is multi-pronged, and can advise clients in these key areas: Product Strategy and large program synchronization, Product Marketing, GTM Planning, Loyalty, Marketing Automation and Programmatic Adtech. His expertise lies in steering the businesses toward substantial growth, customer acquisition, and robust brand presence.

He is an active Marketing Analytics writer, he has led to build successful marketing frameworks leveraging analytics for business growth, and the strategies that have helped him and his clients thrive in the competitive world of digital marketing.

Mikhail Reece – Vice President, Sales

Mikhail is a seasoned strategic sales professional with a diverse background in marketing, technology, real estate, and leadership/life coaching. With a foundation of five years at FIS in the payments space, he recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Atlas Digital USA in St. Louis, where he played a pivotal role in illuminating the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for mid-sized companies and contributed to a remarkable 26% revenue growth.

His expertise extends to account management and payments executive roles at FIS, where he achieved 197% of sales quota, earned the 2020 President’s Club Award, and enhanced communication and leadership skills as the Vice President of Public Relations. As a certified life coach through Accomplishment Coaching, Mikhail now leads Integrow Coaching, supporting realtors, insurance agents, corporate sales professionals, and the IT community. Ramasubramoni (Rama) – Execution Leader

Ramasubramoni (Rama) is an experienced research and consulting professional with a demonstrated history of 20 years working in the IT industry. Drawing his initial training, skills, competence, and experience working with companies such as IDC, Frost & Sullivan, Dun & Bradstreet, and Tally Solution among others.

His range of skills, experience, and competencies includes market research analysis, business research, vendor evaluation, report writing, micro, and macro market analysis, research writing, web analysis, and content development.

Shweta M – Customer Success Manager

Shweta is a highly capable, experienced and empathetic business leader. She’s relentlessly focused on everything related customers’ on-boarding, engagement, satisfaction and continuous success. She held senior leadership positions in technology companies handling global and local clients like; Citigroup, UBS, DBS, ICICI Bank, BCG, Natures Basket, Quikr, INOX among many others.

 

She firmly believes in learning by doing with 16+ years experience, started working in corporate world from very early age. She earned an MBA degree with a Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com).

Mridula S – Business Development Consultant

She’s deeply committed to enabling customers with strategies and tools to grow revenue and acquire new customers. Mridula is one of our key team members working diligently to create sales pipeline, advance customer conversations and support in deal closures. She’s also involved in assist designing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and create reports on our key performance metrics.

 

She has 10+ years experience being an entrepreneur and a corporate executive. She holds master degree in business administration (MBA) along with bachelors in commerce (B.Com)

Namita S  – Business Development Consultant

Namita is responsible for our digital marketing initiatives and business development activities. She ensures our brand is visible across different social media channels and constantly shares updates on sales and marketing insights. Namita is also involved in prospecting and demand generation in addition to keeping abreast of industry trends and latest developments.

 

She has 7 years experience being an entrepreneur and excited to be part of WINsights. She holds Masters in Technology (MTech) as well as Bachelors in Engineering (BE).

Divya Atre – Digital Marketing Executive

Divya supports digital strategies to elevate our brand presence. With a passion for all things digital, she contributes in SEO, social media, and content marketing. She optimizes website content for search engines to boost organic traffic, manages social media channels to engage and grow our online community, analyzes data to measure campaign success to identify areas for improvement and ensures data is up to date.

She has close to 10 years experience. Though she has done Masters in Computer Application (MCA), her passion lies in digital marketing.

John is recognized as having strong business, marketing, and financial skills honed over many years in listed and private companies and have published business-related articles regularly as well as the occasional speaking engagements.

A Dashboard view helps you monitor the progress across the channels/modules you opted. Further, you can use “Refine Criteria” capability to sharpen your ICPs/Buyers focus to enhance the results.

Your CSM will work with our Campaign Team to handle the account setup and provide comprehensive DATA containing key decision-makers, along with custom messaging based on your unique offering and best practices from thousands of experiments.

Our Campaign Team will implement strategy, analyze performance, and provide data-driven experiment recommendations (A/B Testing, Analytics) ensuring optimum results for you.

When you sign-up, you will be guided through the on-boarding process to help us understand your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyers across roles, industries, company size and locations. We include Sales/Account Intelligence to gain deeper insights to prioritize outreach.

You will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for a detailed walk-thru of the on-boarding process, deep-dive into platform and strategies to optimize results.
