As per the study by HighSpot, respondents said :
π― 33% of respondents have “Win ratio” as top goal.
π― 27% of respondents have “Optimize revenue” as top goal.
π― 21% of respondents have “New customer acquisition” as top goal.
What’s more interesting is, the “priority” in goals changes depending on the role / function in the organization. As an example;
π‘ Marketing – “New customer acquisition” is a top goal
π‘ Sales – “Optimizing Revenue” is a top goal
π‘ C-suite – “Win ratio” is a top goal. No surprises here.
