The importance of “content” in a B2B environment cannot be understated 🔇
💥 Yet, most B2B vendors do not have a “content strategy” aligned to business goals.
🔥 We do not often see marketing & sales teams collaborate on content strategy.
My learnings :-
💡 1. Content must inform, educate and contribute to the knowledge base of your target customers
💡 2. Content must highlight problems, challenges that your product/service can solve for your customers
💡 3. Content you produce and the channels you publish must aim to be the most prominent sources of education for your customers
💡 4. Content must be intrinsic to your sales process and buyer’s journey
💡 5. Content must influence, persuade and inspire action!
💡 6. Content must contribute to sales revenue.
In the world of information inundation, “attention”✨ of your target buyer is most important to your business.
