⚡️ 1. Agenda
⚡️ 2. Focusing on identifying problems
⚡️ 3. Collaborating to find solutions to solve problems
✅ Agenda
o Identify problems
o Find solutions
o Assign responsibilities.
✅ Encourage every team member to come with a list of problems
✅ Document problems surfaced during every meeting, categorize them into a “priority” list
✅ Find solutions for problems that have GREATER impact in next 3 to 6 months
⚡️ 4. Determining the frequency of these meetings
✅ It is important to have one formal meeting say every 2 weeks
✅ Monthly meetings apart from main agenda may recognize top performers while quarterly meetings may review progress, milestones achieved, new learnings, best practices…
⚡️ 5. Be very specific about the type of participants for this meeting
⚡️ 6. Limit the size of participants
✅ Limit the size to 6 subject to a maximum of 10 people
✅ Every participant has a stake and accountability to accomplish something prior to the next meeting
✅ Avoid having senior leadership participate in these meetings
What do you think? I am sure, may have missed some, please contribute to the above…
