❌ Unlike in the past, Marketing, Sales, Inside-sales, Presales and all teams responsible for Revenue can no longer work in isolation.
⚡️ Business environment is much different now demanding a unified plan to acquire new customers.
❎ Typically, in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Marketing team takes the lead and may mostly operate independent of sales.
✅ Whereas in ABS, it’s a “sales first” approach bring both Marketing and Sales to collaborate to choose and engage the right set of accounts.
🤝 ABS aligns all revenue teams, fuels the sales engine, wins more deals, facilitates superior customer experiences, retains and expands into customer base.
✔️ Increasingly, ABS plays a significant role in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
